You Fell For It Pussy Fart refers to a viral video and audio clip of YouTuber Moist Cr1TiKaL tapping gloves with his opponent in a 2014 UFC video game, then saying, "You fell for it pussy fart," and kicking his opponent in the head. The clip was uploaded to TikTok numerous times in early 2022 where it went viral as an original sound, most often used in lip-dub videos where someone is tricked.

Origin

On April 7th, 2016, YouTuber^[1] Cr1TiKaL, also known as Penguinz0, posted a video titled "Merciless Beef Testosterone" where he plays the 2014 game EA Sports UFC. At the 00:36-second mark, he approaches his opponent and they touch gloves, then he immediately hits his opponent with a kick to the face, saying, "You fell for it, pussy fart" (shown below). The video gained over 2.3 million views in six years.

Spread

On January 16th, 2022, the clip was reuploaded to TikTok^[2] by user @benjamin6581, gaining over 5.5 million views in two months. It was also uploaded by TikToker^[3] @asherw45 on January 22nd, gaining over 8.1 million views in a similar span of time. The former original sound inspired around 200 lip-dub videos by March, often featuring jokes about tricking someone (popular examples shown below).

The latter original sound became more popularized over the course of February 2022, inspiring over 8,700 videos by March 8th. Similarly, the videos are largely comedy skits about tricking someone. On February 15th, TikToker @cabronuh posted a skit using the audio that gained over a million views in a month (shown below, left). On February 25th, TikToker @ianburch_fit posted a similar video, gaining over 3.3 million views in two weeks (shown below, right).
