ZONE-sama is the name of a female flash animator and artist, who first appeared in 2001. She is known for her pornographic illustrations on her website ZONE-Archive.com.

Online History

ZONE-sama was first known for her pornographic drawn pictures posted on her website ZONE-Archive.com, which she registered on June 2nd, 2000.[1][2] One of her first posts was a thumbnail showing Pan from Dragonball GT. Her first flash game was posted in 2005 and featured Kylie Griffin from Extreme Ghostbusters.

ZONE has since created several pornographic flash movies and games, most of which are only hosted by HentaiKey, a membership porn website.

On October 15th, 2006, ZONE joined Newgrounds, where she began posting some of her flash movies and game demos. Most of her animations have gained over 10,000,000 views and they have been re-uploaded on many pornographic video sharing websites such as swfchan. ZONE also made a YouTube account on March 19th, 2007. That day, she posted her first video, which received more than 1.3 million views (shown below).

Aside from pornographic material, ZONE also posts music on Newgrounds' audio portal, specializing in techno.

ZONE-tan

ZONE-tan is the mascot and personification of ZONE-Archive. She was created by ZONE in 2007 and first appeared in a flash loop animation for Halloween showing the character sitting on a tentacle. Since then, she has appeared in many places around his website, and even appears the beginning of most of his flash animations (shown below).

In February 2012, ZONE posted a thread to engage a voice actress playing as ZONE-tan. It was decided that Newgrounds voice actress Caxx, whould play ZONE-tan for ZONE's latest series called ZTV News. The first episode was posted on March 27, 2012 on both Newgrounds and YouTube.

Tumblr Deactivation

On December 4th, 2018, Zone announced that she would be deleting her Tumblr [3] account as a result of the site's ban on adult content. She wrote:

For anyone who was mainly following me on tumblr ( https://z0nesama.tumblr.com/ ) I would recommend switching to http://twitter.com/z0ne as tumblr are now banning all NSFW content. I'm also going to try to make more news posts here on Newgrounds in the same way that I used to make them on Tumblr.

…or maybe you shouldn't freak out about porn; it's meant as a fantasy and as an escape, not for being politically correct.
