淡定 is a phrase used to describe calmness, usually associated with the emoticon ˊ_>ˋ, and the usage of Black Tea.

Origins

The original story was posted to the Taiwanese BBS board PPT on May 9, 2012[1]. The story, translated from a French story [citation needed] and posted a person's Plurk account, accounted an encounter of a quarreling couple. The man involved was oddly calm, facing the almost hysterical girlfriend.
