Amouranth showed text messages from him calling her a dumb f*ck and supposedly throwing away money and her accounts as threats when she wasn't responding to him

Prior to the stream, fans and subscribers did not know that Amouranth was married or in a relationship. She said that was because her husband feared it would “ruin the business model.”
She described a relationship where he purportedly manipulates her, controlling her financial resources and social media log-ins. She shared a phone conversation and text conversations where her husband threatened to take her money and kill her dogs if she didn’t do what he said.
You all better support Amouranth with the same vigor that you supported a story when it was time to defame someone you disliked. I swear to god.

The revelation of the abuse concerned and shocked many of Amouranth’s almost 6 million followers and the online community in general.
Many people wrote to express their sympathy and share their own experiences with abusive relationships, showing their support for the well-known ASMR and cosplay streamer.
Truly hope Amouranth is doing okay and can get out of this situation safely. As someone who has also had an abusive ex, it’s terrifying to be in that position when someone has that much control over you. This isn’t a time to judge her for her content, she doesn’t deserve this

Some of Amouranth’s OnlyFans subscribers made the situation about them by complaining about the concealment of her relationship status. As a result, these people were widely criticized shortly after.
After hiding her personal life for literal years, amouranth decides to completely open the flood gates because her husband's a controlling pos and she's unsafe AND THIS is how the internet responds https://t.co/LNz5VVvGGz

amouranth showing evidence of her abusive relationship on stream and clearly being extremely depressed about it and half the internet using it to joke at her expense really proves that being online has COMPLETELY eroded some of y'alls basic human sense of empathy holy fuck

The Amouranth situation proves once again that incels will do any amount of mental gymnastics possible to discredit an attractive woman who is suffering

For many, the news served as a reminder that you can never really know what’s going on in the lives of people you have parasocial relationships with online — a topic that has been increasingly discussed in recent years alongside the rise of livestreaming content creators.
Just goes to show you never know what’s really going on behind closed doors of all these personalities you know online. Anyone can be going thru so much bs and fighting their own battles everyday and put on a brave face for the public. I just hope Amouranth is truly okay rn :/

You can be the most successful woman in the room & still be a victim of domestic abuse.
Once again an example for twitch twitter of we NEVER know what’s going on behind closed doors.
My heart goes out to Amouranth, her husband sounds like an absolute psychopath. https://t.co/L0XG2ot7PJ— Commander Pixel (@PixelGirlSlays) October 16, 2022
