Moments ago, U.S. President Joe Biden mistakenly said "repeat the line" while reading from a teleprompter when announcing his new Executive Order on abortion, women's health and the overturning of Roe v. Wade during a press conference today.

The Order is an important one for Biden and his office because it aims to protect access to reproductive health care nationwide despite the Supreme Court's reported interest in restricting access. Some are calling it the "Fugitive Moms Acts," and it focuses on protecting women who try and receive abortions across state lines.

However, despite the overarching step forward for the Democratic leader, Biden messed up while delivering his speech when he mistakenly said, "End of quote. Repeat the line." The two phrases appeared to be instructions, not lines actually meant to be read.

After the viral video was reposted to Twitter earlier by The Columbia Bugle, and many others, memes poured in regarding Biden's mental fitness and his history of stuttering over dialogue.

Many revisited other meme topics related to the President's old age like falling off a bike and tripping on boarding stairs.
