It's been just over five years since Ted Cruz 'liked' a pornographic video on Twitter on 9/11, marking one of the most viral examples of politicians being horny on main. Yesterday, social media got a chance to relive that wonderful moment when yet another conservative politician got caught liking thirst traps from self-described hot moms.

Though Ohio county auditor candidate Jarrod Golden is not as notorious a politician as Ted Cruz, the purportedly salacious use of his Twitter account has many parallels to Cruz's infamous scroll through the site's NSFW side. As Cruz liked a pornography clip showing a mother getting turned on by her daughter having sex, Golden's likes focus solely on MILFs.

The thirst traps liked by the account feature captions like, "Smash or pass this mama" and "Am I still hot mom [sic] at 27?" Golden was also purportedly caught responding to a MILF account asking, "Can I bless your DMs with my ass?" with "Yep."

Golden deactivated his Twitter and Facebook accounts shortly after and then released a statement claiming he'd been hacked, which some felt was merely an apparent attempt at damage control.

Considering Holden had a mere 114 Twitter followers at the time of his supposed hacking, it would likely take a hacker with an extremely personal grudge to try and sully Golden's career by liking hot moms on social media, but that's not entirely impossible.

Furthermore, it seemed like Golden's damage control may have been unnecessary, as many folks didn't criticize him but rather appreciated a fellow MILF-enjoyer.

Golden has ceased campaigning due to a health issue but his name will be on the ballot for Ohio county auditor come November.
