The Island Boys Are Making A Halloween Movie Called 'Haunted Air BNB'

Flyysoulja and Kodiyakredd, better known as The Island Boys and most known for their hot tub ballad freestyle that went viral on TikTok late last year, are up to no good once more, announcing on Instagram this week that they're making a Halloween movie called Haunted Air BNB.

It appears they don't care too much about how Airbnb is actually spelled, evident in the movie posters they shared on Thursday for their Instagram followers. Standing in front of a spooky purple background, the duo are seen flexing money and dripping in designer clothes.

Despite uploading the posters on their Instagram accounts, Flyysoulja and Kodiyakredd deleted them soon after, not even leaving them up for a day. Regardless, the people they tagged in their posts, also collaborating on the movie, left their Instagram posts up. These collaborators are named JoshFromYNC, Corley White and MayorOfDMV, all pictured in the secondary poster.

All of the Instagram posts made on Wednesday stated that the Island Boys were holding auditions for anyone interested. In Corley White's Instagram post, he wrote, "We making a crazy Scary but Funny film that will Air in Some theaters around the world and on @tubi @primevideo @crackle_tv."

It's unknown whether or not the Island Boys movie will actually air on Amazon Prime Video, as Jeff Bezos (nor the company itself) has said nothing on the matter. Greenlighting this movie will be a force for any executive when it seems that all the people producing it are hip-hop artists and not screenwriters.

For instance, Joshua Heatherington, also known as JoshFromYNC, is a rapper from Wheeling, West Virginia who has been in the rap game since 2014. Since then, he's made appearances on radio shows and has hosted the Island Boys on his frequent Instagram Lives.

JoshFromYNC has roughly 206,000 followers on Instagram, but his posts usually receive under 100 likes. The same kind of like-ratio and follow-ratio can be seen on his Twitter where he frequently makes advertisement-esque posts with rapper SkinnyFromThe9 who many claim has "fallen off."

Overall, the entire cast of collaborators working on this upcoming Island Boys movie is objectively obtuse and strange to many. Hopefully, a trailer will come out soon and the entire internet will finally know who these people are, what they have in common and what's so haunted about this Airbnb.
