TikToker Daniel Larson (25) was arrested last week for failing to appear in court for his previous and recent arrests.

Bodycam footage released by the Aurora, Colorado Police Department has surfaced online, showing what happened at the mall food court on Friday.

In the video, Larson is seen eating Chinese food when authorities approach his table. They encourage him not to worry as they handcuff him and take him outside to their cruiser. As stated, Larson was taken into custody for failing to appear in court for his previous arrests, all occurring over the past few months.

Larson's first arrest occurred at a Colorado Walmart in July 2023. He had allegedly assaulted an employee. Bodycam footage was not released from the incident but a Discord call with his "fans" was recorded shortly after in which Larson explained the incident.

Larson's second arrest happened in September 2023 when he was at the University of Colorado Boulder. He allegedly shoved a staff member at the college and was arrested for 3rd Degree Assault per a police record posted on the day.

The now-infamous bodycam footage was released from the arrest in which Larson is seen getting handcuffed, then sitting in the back of a cop car.

Larson made court appearances in late 2023, but in recent months, he's shied away from his outstanding warrants. Recently, Larson's so-called fans (largely a group of trolls that manipulate him on Reddit and Discord) have convinced Larson that he's enrolled in college at The University of California (UCLA) under a "celebrity" scholarship. The trolls host online lectures for him, further fabricating the lie.

For those who are totally unfamiliar with Daniel Larson, he's a young man who wants to be a singer and influencer. He started posting content to TikTok in 2021. Soon after, a cult following grew around him that manipulated his desire to be famous by pretending that they were his music managers.

Since then, the fanbase surrounding Larson has spiraled further out of control, banking on Larson's preexisting autism and schizophrenia. He has been labeled a "lolcow" by many — a term that defines a person who internet users manipulate or follow for entertainment. Larson is notably following in the footsteps of notable lolcows before him like Chris Chan.

As for Larson currently, he might not be getting out of jail this time. He's been taken into custody by the Aurora police and a bond of $20,000 has been set for his release. For now, it appears that no one is coming to his rescue.

A mugshot has been released by the department and Larson hasn't posted on his TikTok page since last Friday.
