Cringeworthy agenda shoehorning aside, this just rips you straight out of the story; completely ruining your immersion. This guy's an ancient Asgardian, he wouldn't even know what Israel is let alone give a shit about to start spouting opinions on it. Also since Earth is a planet loaded up with superheroes such issues would have been resolved long ago. This is the pinnacle of terrible writing.
