While our original story included both sides, the follow-up helped provide more of the balance that would have been ideal from the get-go. He himself has said he wasn't able to speak as freely then. His lawsuit--in which he sued his ex-employee--was newsworthy and had been reported on. I believe hers was therefore relevant as well.
