Selena in the localization sounds like she's angry with him just pestering other girls and hurting their feelings (Selena: I don't care what your intentions are! It's not your intentions that matter. It's how the other person feels. Do you get it yet?), while in the original, she's angry because she's giving them attention instead of her, which is what is implied in the original (and later on in the next support conversations). This can be framed as a "cultural change", but the dialogue is too descriptive for people in the west to not understand. This again, is completely missing, and was the main theme during the whole conversations Aqua/Azura seems to guilt trip herself in the localization for touching Kaden/Nishiki's fur without permission, while in the original, that type of implication is not present.
