It's more the flash, fan, roll, fan combo that obliterates everything, including tanks. It's gotten so bad, Blizzard is giving him the nerf hammer.
A good Bastion on the other hand, is a bit harder to play, especially now that everyone figured out his usual weaknesses. Still, with figuring out optimal turret positions, when to relocate, when to heal, and how to use his surprisingly punchy and accurate recon gun, I'm actually surprised he only has a one star difficulty rating.
