well, Pearl only wears her suit for piloting somthing (SpaceShip/Mech) so maybe it's just standard Pilot or Military uniform. or just the default for space travel, seeing as it's a single piece suit with no loose parts

Only thing to note about Pearls suit is that it's 'colourful'. Just like all her costumes, rather than keeping a colour palette close to her base gem colour (although you can argue white is every colour)
even though she's a White pearl she wears a Blue suit with Yellow marks, and Pink diamond at the middle

I don't think it's there, at all. Probably that part of the suit didn't even regenerate.
