Context: it seems the animation triggered some fans of the show simply because of waifu shenanigans. Basically, hardcore Naruto X Sakura shippers got mad at this and harassed the animator onto deleting his work.

I guess Japanese Twitter is no better than regular Twitter in terms of people being offended by literally everything in life.
