Appearances could still divert a fair amount of people. If you were hoping to become something properly wolf-like, but ended up looking like a feral, long-toothed human, you might be disappointed. If you were looking to be a blush-inducingly sexy wolfbro, but ended up looking like Vicar Amelia instead (Okay, not actually a werewolf, but its a lupine monster that used to be human, so it works for these hypotheticals) you might be disappointed.
