Bowser is asian because his creation is based on the Ox-King from the chinese novel "Journey to the West" which takes place in China. Not to mention, some of his levels in Odyssey seem pretty chinese.

Greninja could technically also be european since he is from Kalos, I guess.

I think Lucario should be African (at least North African), considering his design is based off of jackals, and that of Anubis.
