If comments are to go by, they did in fact disable comments at one point, but not likes, and they are getting bombarded in dislikes and reuploading the video several times trying to erase them. If the link above is broken, they took the video down again (and ironically forgot to turn off comments this time).

This is beyond cowardice, this is outright shameful.
