That is correct, we only see her on Twiiter and nowhere else, so that obviously means she does nothing else ever with her life, as we all know existence works that way: people are not doing anything unless you observe them doing so. In fact, rumor has it that her name is accurate: she really IS a robot who only goes online to post on Twitter, then goes on standby mode right after.
