If it ain't about jacking off then why are you mad? She looks basically exactly the same just with a few alterations that honestly make her look even better.

They didn't change though… I mean. They seem to have changed, but that is because we are in constant terror of censorship, which I agree is a problem.
The issue here is that we are looking at a less cartoonish Tifa, and in realistic depictions this is her bust size. I actually double checked on the models for Dissidia and Advent Children which depict her in a more realistic manner, and yes, that is her size.

This is not a case of censorship, but rather miscommunication.
