So some fun facts I found out about the brawl in Disneyland 1. The man in the pink shirt was there with his girlfriend and happened to run into his wife and family while there. That's what started the fight 2. They were not arrested because none of them are being cooperative with the police. Although there is still an ongoing investigation 3- this I learned from people in California....Security guards got there in 3 minutes (most responses to crimes are 5-8) so 3 isn't horrible but anyway...they are not allowed to put hands on anyone no matter what. For multiple reasons but the biggest is because they can then be sued. Disneyland wants them to contact the police and follow them out into police custody. Security guards in Disneyland do not get paid enough and also do not carry handcuffs. If they attempted to detain any of these people they could lose their jobs on top of being sued by the people they detained. Also Pink shirt stated that he is a member of the Crenshaw Crips street gang. He doesn't care about jail but he didn't go anyway. Which is a joke and hopefully those babies are okay bc not one person was concerned about those children.
