So you get 200+ more Pokemon for free, due to trading which is nice and I didn't expect that from GameFreak considering they said there wouldn't be an update that got the Pokemon back so I guess the outrage got them to change their mind or they were just lying.

Honestly the amount of content you seem to get seems far beyond any post-game you'd get in a Pokemon game (It looks even more massive than BW2 and HGSS postgame was) and seems more of a buy than USUM to me which was a massive disappointment. Keep in mind that if it was a Switch updated version instead of DLC, it would be $120 overall for both the normal version and the updated version if you'd buy both, where as with the DLC it's only $90. So it's actually cheaper for the people who would buy both versions but more expensive for people who only buy the enhanced version.
