The thing that makes me feel the most uncomfortable with about Tony Hawk is how he got old, I mean, my old man got through life working hard, getting broken hard and muscling through it, then watching how time takes its toll on his once mighty lumberjack physique.

Meanwhile Tony Hawk, I assume all that extreme skating was even more taxing (but more entertaining and more money-earning) than anything dad ever faced, but he aged like he was Papa Palpatine after being thrown in a reactor then sitting down in some forgotten planet for 40 years or so until his skin is nothing but mold.

I respect everything the man has done and been for my childhood and PSX library but goddamn time hasn't be kind to you, old friend.

Well consdider that Tony is 50+ at this point, age really starts to show at that point, even then he isn't in bad shape either,he can still pull off tricks like he was at his prime, like a 900.
Then again he looks like he didn't sleep for months.

I admire Tony because he could retire at any moment, especially with a sport that is not as relevant as it used to be,and yet he keeps going.
