Let me flip the perspective to my something similar on my side, VICE recently made a review of Animal Crossing New Horizons that decided to go into a tangent about how the game encourages colonialism and heartlessly striping islands of all their resources. Another gaming news site also blasted Monster Hunter for being a game… about Hunting Monsters claiming that the players are evil bloodthirsty savages that kill innocent creatures just trying to survive.

Both of these are objectively wrong. AC is nothing more than a whimsical dream island game, and MH has you fighting invasive species that could completely destroy the island you're on. Just like calling Onward leftist propaganda is wrong because it's really about two brothers trying to revive their dad(or something along those lines right?).
