Britain is just "borrowing" all the stuff in its museums lol Actually British archaelogists helped preserve a lot of history The artifacts were often seen as worthless in their countries at the time, thus they were usually aquired without force or objection While seen as worthy today the saved artifacts are a legacy of both their originating culture and the museum's dedication to preserving history
