The U.S. intelligence agencies knew the 9/11 attacks were imminent, knew who the attackers were & knew where they were located, before 9/11 took place. The CIA did not want to share their intel with the FBI, for fear of the FBI arresting the conspirators & ruining the investigation, as well as the FBI taking credit and receiving more funding that the CIA wanted. This failure in communication and action, led to 3000+ dead in the 9/11 attacks and 4.5-5.0 million directly & indirectly dead from the post 9/11 wars.
