Despite having Book 4 release for how long, she's actually appeared in Dragalia over Eir (who's character arc had long ended before Peony's even started), she does have a cute story considering the content she even has to write about, best part is that she tomodachi'd with Notte. And before you ask, yes, she indeed "sings" with her force strike, which both buffs and preps 40% of the skill gauge
