Chinese peoples are taught to interiorise the 'work hard and keep a low profile' tactic since generations, and as long as the CCP can toot himself as the keeper of economical growth and national pride, they will easily be able to keep their hold over China. Suspending two virtual youtubers ain't going to make all of Beijing rise up overnight.

The only thing that could cause a change of regime right are either either a social collapse due to an unexpected event, or due to military conflict, which are both things I don't wish on China or anyone for that matter.

It's okay to like a country/culture while simultaneously disliking its current government; the U.S. does it for itself all the time.
