Hank Hill as an individual has some flaws. He can be a bit judgemental of people who are different from him, where it can reach the level of completely outcasting others. He does have other minor flaws such as sometimes associating with people who can pretty terrible.

Other than that, Hank Hill is one of the best role models on TV. Just someone trying to be the best version of themselves they can be, Bobby is lucky to have him as a father.
