Honestly, out of all their attempts to prop up the ST with their failed "diversity", be it with Phasma, Maz Kanata, or anyone else, Finn really did get the worst of it. Because of what we could've had and how utterly embarrassing they make his character throughout.

I'll at least give props to John Boyega for calling them out for treating him like the token character he was. Even if it didn't amount to anything.

He was the one that had genuine flaws and a room to grow.
