GigaChad - Gigachad ANTI-VAX but he's /fit/

I liked the Afghanistan one that was posted earlier, so I decided to add some of these. I genuinely did it because I find them funny and that's it. Just the placement of the fat Gigachad singlehandedly causing troubles in these Anti-Anti-Vaxxers comics

I've seen a number of these comics with the exact same message and every single one of them begs for a gigachad/soyjak edit.
