I really don't like that we are at a point where people are uncomfortable labeling things as man/male or woman/female.

No matter if it is for optics or you are afraid of "offending" someone, it's very silly.

Most games that have this do not even have it natively. It exclusively the English localization calling it that and every other language still has "male" and "female".
