Selfie - I just learned that selfies make a face look longer and narrow.

Lol I didn't think it gave that impression at first.
I always saw my head as oddly cylindrical and very long in the photos I took, and when I started wondering why I looked so different from my own eyes, I realized.

It's kind of weird, because I know personally a lot of people who have that head shape on the left, and all this time I never realized that mine is a lot more square.

The selfies on the left also cut about 70% of my jawline

This is in part because of the focal length of the lens, I believe. Also the reason why you look different in the mirror, because the focal length of your eye differs from the lens.
