Supper Mario Broth @Mario BrothBlog Super Smash Bros. Brawl contains an unused model of Luigi in his blue costume that is covered in unusual white segments. The unique appearance of the model is actually due to Luigi being fused with his own shadow. Details in image. In this game, shadows are achieved by using a low-polygon model of the fighter and flattening it onto the ground. Here is Luigi's shadow model used in the game. These are always saved separately from the fighter model, except in the case of the unused blue Luigi.
