I think people villainize Elon the most because he propped himself up as the "Cool Billionaire" when in reality, he's as plain jane as the rest of them. Offering empty promises, making bad business decisions and just being out of touch.

honestly sick and tired of internet people being "muh space man evil" on elon for literally anythong the man does. like i get youre whole "billionaires are demons" mindset and you do kinda have a point but still. also do people really worship him as if it was early 2019 today? pretty sure his 5 minutes of fame dwindled with each company fumble and cringy public statement he released over time.
