I wouldn't call this shock humor, but a meme that has become a propaganda template used to disparage something or someone they don't like.

As gross or shocking as Goatse, tubgirl, Fukouna Shoujo or whatever shock meme of yesteryear, there were typically no message behind them. Only something to gawk at with amused bewilderment or disgust. Not something that was critical, questioned, or pushed a differing view/ideology as are typical with wojak derivatives.
