The wall of text poses a theory that I've never considered… but it makes a whole lot of sense. A lot of times, we hate characters that resemble us a little too much, because they're like an uncomfortable mirror shoved right unto our faces.

Taking it into account, that would mean Mineta is hated by both virtue-signallers, normies AND coomers.😲
