Key Responsibilities: • · Opening/closing of files and taking them for walks Work independently with minimal supervision, and as part of the herd Maintaining calendars, schedule meetings, Discoveries, EUO's, Mediations, court dates, dog park visits, etc Attend virtual meetings with a pet's tail occasionally making a cameo Keep track of important documents, even when they're used as a chew toy • Ensure pets and lawyers are legally compliant with their nap and snack compliant with their nap and snack times • Proofread, verify, and edit all materials for accuracy and clarity, even when the dog's barking Communicates with courts, other law firms and clients on an ongoing basis with respect to client file matters, and not just through snail mail Other duties, as required Qualifications: 10+ years working in a busy insurance defence practice, or significant experience visiting petting zoos. Ability to herd cats Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
