r/ r/callcentres u/Mathematician First64 • 20m My job has new policies My job recently started being so bi about conecting "late", by late I mean 1-3 minutes i just got written up for having 3 tardies this month. I'm upset it feels ridiculous and childish like someone is on a power trip. Anyway I decided to not be late ever again I set up my computer to turn automatically, connect the vpn and log me in automatically 10 minutes before my shift, since the work I do is very repetitive and I say the same phrases almost all day I recorded my phrases and assigned hot keys to them so instead of talking I can you press a buttons and save my vocal cords lol. If they treat you like a robot act like a robot

George C. Parker (March 16, 1860[1] - 1937) was an American con man best known for his repeated successes "selling" the Brooklyn Bridge. He made his living conducting illegal sales of property he did not own, often New York's public landmarks, to unwary immigrants.
