Not to support slut shaming or anything, but you can't simply tell a rapist "no" and expect him to stop. What makes rape rape is that it's not consensual, after all. At the very least you'd have to say "no" with a taser.

And, to continue with ripping apart this analogy, the dog is trained to stop on that command. The dog doesn't understand the word it's hearing beyond the fact that it is punished if it does not stop. There is so much more to even the simplest person than that understanding of the word 'no'.
