Forth cousins twice removed by a fifth cousin is actually what Pinkie says at the beginning.
So if you look at this chart first find fifth cousin then find forth cousins twice removed from them. In other words even if Pinkie and AJ were related, it is by such a small percentage it doesn't really matter. Because pretty much anyone at column 5 or further would be both socially and genetically ok to sex with.
