She might as well say "don't tell me to avoid getting murdered, tell murderers not to murder". It seems like a good idea, until you actually put it into practice. Unfortunately, it won't solve the problem. There are still going to be rapists regardless of whether you tell them to not rape or not. Feminists should seek a better solution than this. Women and men should take precautions with regard to rape (what those are is another matter entirely).

Also, doesn't she realize that women can rape and men can be victims of rape (woman on man, man on man, woman on woman)?
