Yeah, I'm pretty sure some of these are more or less the same thing. Some of these terms aren't even used to describe people anymore.
For example: intersex and hermaphrodite. Intersex means you were born with both male and female features to some degree. Intersex replaced the term hermaphrodite which is no longer used to describe humans.
An actual hermaphrodite is an organism that can function as both a male or female. No human can do that.
