Given how you say "last point he makes" when referring that he says he doesn't know what GG is, I take it you've read it top to bottom; look at the time stamps (upper right) and you'll see you have to read bottom to top, might clear things up a bit for you.

As for what he says, I don't think he's saying not to condemn harrassment, but rather that the reason why there is harrassment in this situation is not because of GamerGate but because of internet anonimity, which I would tend to agree with.
