I think it's about people who belong to some movement (seagulls) that claims to be noble ("french fries for everyone"), but it's other members are complete asshats (the other gulls bullying the rabbit). And when confronted on the movement's behaviour, they still claim it's noble and morally superior movement, don't take any responsibility for supporting the bullies ("doesn't involve me") and accuse the accuser (the rat) of being the real bully here ("I feel attacked!").
