It's another one of those articles that says gamergate is dead, for the 5489379th time.

The article talks about that GG autoblocker tool that's been around twitter for some time now and a bit about Randi who made it.

Harper even admits that she would willing to block thousands of people just so she doesn't have to hear from a few hundred or so.

This article mentions how this is a "culture war" and I've heard that phrase from other places a lot as well.

GG is certainly huge and I do believe it has expanded much further than just ethics in game journalism, such as ethics in gaming media in general.

So this "culture war" thing, I think I do see it, given how we are against the sort of SJW thinking and of their views of how the whole world works and how it should work according to them.

I don't really want to get deeper into it, but I do see how this could be a sort of culture war despite GG being primarily a consumer revolt.

Just my opinion about the current events.
