How to carry on a grand conspiracy?`Make it so big and complex that a person who finds it out is ridiculed and labelled as insane.

While this all basically flows naturally, it's far too big for me to accept without much firmer evidence.

Conspiracies on this grand of a scale are not exactly common, and I'm not sure the odds are high that it just so happens that this is one of them. While odds are high that a few conspiracies are real, any one conspiracy has a pretty low chance.

And as much as the logic flows, it's easy to do that with basically any evidence if you want to try hard. It's why so many conspiracy theories exist.

It's worth keeping an eye on, and Common Core is definitely something to keep tabs on, regardless of Gamergate.

For a more specific issue, he mentions that the journalists' purpose is to change the stereotype of the average gamer. Doesn't that go against much of the current criticism? Most of it is directed towards gamers in general, after all, which is going to tarnish the reputation of games in general, not just the current ones.
