The term became increasingly popularized on TikTok throughout 2024. On February 28th, 2024, TikToker^[3] @odigbo posted a video using the term, garnering over 2.6 million views in five months (shown below, left). On June 25th, TikToker^[4] @fivedollaz123 posted a video using the term that gained over 136,000 views in a month (shown below, right).

On July 14th, 2024, TikToker^[5] @fw.sxsa posted a video using the term that garnered over 1.2 million views in roughly two weeks (shown below).
