WholesomeOrenji, often referred to as Orenji, is a lolicon artist whose Anatomy of a Gamer artwork went viral as a meme in April 2024. Orenji uploads their art to several sites, including Pixiv Fanbox, baraag and X / Twitter. In late April 2024, following the virality of the Anatomy of a Gamer meme, Orenji's X account was suspended for unknown reasons, with some speculating that he was mass-reported for the controversial content.

Anatomy of a Gamer

On April 19th, 2024, Twitter / X user @WholesomeOrenji^[1] posted an annotated illustration portraying an archetypal "gamer" next to his "child gf." Within less than a day, it gained more than 5,000 retweets and 33,000 likes (shown below).

The image became the subject of memes over the following weeks (examples shown below).

Suspension From X

On April 26th, 2024, X^[2][3] users became aware that WholesomeOrenji was suspended from the platform and began making posts and memes reacting to the suspension (examples shown below). The reason for the suspension was not made clear.
