The anime used in this footage is Zombie Land Saga which, according to wikipedia, is about a person resurrecting six girls as zombies and getting them to form a J-Pop band in order to bring fame and fortune to the Saga Prefecture of Japan.

I haven't seen any of it myself apart from the footage included here, but it has an…..interesting premise at least.
