"Nobody likes Wotter" is a meme spawned from the popularity of Smugleaf/Tsutarja. In fact while Smugleaf is an instant meme, Wotter is more like Milhouse in the sense that… nobody likes him enough to care. This meme is actually the survival of a statement that is no longer true such as "PS3 has no games"

On May 9, 2010, the Generation V starter Pokémon were revealed on Pokémon Sunday. The starters for Pokémon Black and White included the Grass-type Tsutarja (Snivy, the Fire-type Pokabu (Tepig), and the Water-type Mijumaru (Oshawott). People have shown dislike for this pokemon, and state that "Nobody likes Wotter" even though he is actually the 2nd in popularity of the three starters.
